We're building what recruitment never had.
The tools were built for the wrong customer.
Most recruitment software was built for companies hiring for themselves. One employer, one job at a time. Agencies work very differently, and the tools were never designed with them in mind.
So the real work escapes the system.
Agencies manage multiple clients and dozens of open roles at once. When the software can't keep up, the real work moves to spreadsheets and chat. The tool ends up being used to record things after they happen, not to run the work.
And the best hiring channel stays underbuilt.
Referral programs only include current employees. But some of the best connections come from outside the company: former colleagues, mentors, alumni. There is no way for them to refer someone, even if they know the perfect candidate.

What it does
EzRefer lists vetted live roles, accepts referrals from outside the hiring company, matches them against role criteria, tracks every referral end to end, and pays the reward on a successful hire.
Why it works
Referrals are already the highest signal hiring channel. Expanding who can refer expands the channel without diluting it.
